1. Types of data to be processed / links to other websites
We care about your privacy. We collect and process various types of personal data through this website. which include:

• Information about the rented vehicle and contract-specific data, which we require for an individual performance of the website (e.g., rental period) and to provide you with a positive user experience with the best service.

2. Information on the processing of personal data
The personal data provided by you that BEE4DRIVE, S.A. generally collects, and processes will be as follows:

The data marked with an asterisk (*) in the above list are obligatory and a contractual requirement. You are therefore obliged to provide this data. If you do not provide the information, we cannot respond to/process your request. We have implemented technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure, or access.
The period for which your data is kept will depend on the purposes for which we are processing it, that is, we will process your data for the time strictly necessary to fulfil the corresponding purpose, and we may subsequently keep it, duly stored and protected, for as long as responsibilities may arise from the processing, in compliance with the legislation in force at any given time.
In case you have provided us with consent for marketing purposes, your personal data will be kept for this purpose for a period of three years from your last contact with us. Communication data provided as part of online conversations will be kept for a period of one month from the last conversation session. In any case, audio or video data from chat sessions will not be kept except in cases of necessary reporting of a claim, in which case they will be kept for the time strictly necessary for the conclusion of the process.

BEE4DRIVE guarantees that it will never sell, lend or transfer your personal data to third parties without your express and explicit consent.
In order to ensure that we deal with your requests and provide you with the best possible assistance, your personal data may be shared with our suppliers or service providers, for example:

BEE4DRIVE guarantees that such entities are also equipped with technical and organisational measures to ensure the total protection of your personal data and that they will only process your data for the full compliance with the purposes inherent in the execution of the contract.
4. Assistance through social networks
You can also contact us through social media channels. For example, if you send us a message or post something on your social media channels, we may use the information in your message or post to follow up with you on the matter you have contacted us about through the social media channel you used. In order to provide you with the response/support you have requested, we may ask you to provide, either directly or by private message, further information such as details about the issue, name, email, phone number, address and services required. The information you provide will not be used for direct marketing; market research for improved services and products will only be implemented on the basis of aggregated (anonymous) data.
Please note that you must not include any sensitive data (such as racial or ethnic origin information, political opinions, religion or philosophical beliefs, or health) in your post or message. Please be aware that by posting something on a social media channel, anyone will be able to read it.
4.2 Social network connections / social network plug-ins
Our website includes links to social networks. To protect your personal data when you visit our website we do not use social plug-ins. Instead, HTML links are embedded in the website, allowing for simple sharing on social media platforms. Embedding the link prevents direct connection to multiple social media servers when you open a page from our website. Clicking on one of the buttons opens a browser window which directs you to the website of the respective provider, where (after logging in), for example, you can use the “Like” or “Share” button. With regard to your personal data, you have the right of access, right to amend/ rectify, right to delete/delete (right to forget), right to limit/restrict processing, right to data portability, right to object to the processing of personal data relating to you on the basis of Art. 6 (1) e) or f) GDPR or where personal data is processed for direct marketing proposals/offers in accordance with applicable law.
